Routine audit of audio content

Over the next few days we’ll be doing a routine audit of the audio content currently hosted on our systems. Any content that breaches our terms of service will be blocked immediately. Please note that we’ll be auditing hundreds of CDs, and we cannot share any details on which albums & publishers we had to block or contact. However; if you suspect someone is distributing illegal content through our system, please contact us asap by creating a ticket in our support system at http://support.snowcrashdigital.com.

When we suspect a breach of our terms of service, we will block the offending content, and notify the publisher immediately. If you think your content is wrongfully blocked, please create a ticket in our support system (http://support.snowcrashdigital.com) – please be advised that you will need to provide proof that the content was actually created by you, or send us a copy of the written permission of the actual copyright holder showing that you have the rights to publish and distribute that content.

Please note that although Snowcrash Digital tries to do everything possible to make sure there is no illegal content circulating through our system, we do not accept any responsibility for the content published and distributed through our system. All publishers agreed before publishing any content with our terms of service, in which they agreed to only use the system for content they legally have the right to publish and distribute.
